The 15-Minute Miracle Routine

Today I wanted to share one of my favourite routines with you that I do on a “busy day”.

You’re going to need some cream.

We all have those days where we feel like we don’t have time.

Where we feel like we’re just too busy.

This is the routine that I use myself when I feel there’s too much other stuff to do. 

It takes just 15 minutes.

We can always find 15 minutes

It’s a matter of priorities.

And trust me, we’re going to be hitting a lot of different areas in this time. 

We’re gonna do the neck first. We can not skip over the neck, ever.

Trapezius should be your favourite exercise already :)

Then we’re going to continue with the face

I wanted to include everything:

- Tongue

- Lift of the eyebrow

- Scalp

- Masseter

- Jawline


And you’ll see for yourself just how much you can do in so little time.

Miracle Routine is for busy days where you just can't find the time to do a full GLOW lesson.

Miracle Routine works because GLOW works. It's a tool in your toolkit, but not a standalone routine. 

GLOW goes deeper and you'll see the best results going through GLOW a second time. The exercises in GLOW go deeper, are more versatile and structured the way they are for a reason.

That's why we all go through GLOW a second time. The 15-min Miracle Routine is great for busy days once in a while, but for every day GLOW is the best.

A note for over-achievers: you can do both GLOW and Miracle Routine on the same day (just not right after another) if you're not experiencing detox symptoms or soreness. So you can for example do GLOW in the morning and Miracle Routine at least 3 hours apart (but no later than 2 hours before bed).

Lymph just once per day is enough but you can do it twice if you're not experiencing detox symptoms.
