Video 01 below, contains the same lymph exercise as on day one, just shorter (only 3 minutes) with less explanations.

I can't stress the importance of lymph.

It's very impactful so do this every day before the face exercises.

Somebody asked if she can do it twice a day...

And while I love overachievers I don't recommend doing the lymph exercise more than once a day (at this point).


Video 2 is filled with powerful exercises!

It's a very exciting day where we'll focus on:

  • trapezius (essential setting the stage)
  • back of the neck (very important!)
  • head
  • eyes

3.10. Why do I have wrinkles on my forehead after waking up and it's quite pronounced, they disappear during the day but still strange. Today I woke up with a deep line above my right eyebrow. Am I doing something wrong with the massage, maybe frowning while sleeping?
