I can't stress the importance of lymph.
It's very impactful so do this every day before the face exercises.
Somebody asked if she can do it twice a day...
And while I love overachievers I don't recommend doing the lymph exercise more than once a day (at this point).

3.10. Why do I have wrinkles on my forehead after waking up and it's quite pronounced, they disappear during the day but still strange. Today I woke up with a deep line above my right eyebrow. Am I doing something wrong with the massage, maybe frowning while sleeping?
