Wow, you girls really love working on the eyes, I see :)

Based on the messages, yesterday's class was an absolute favorite for many of you. 

We still have a few days left for this month's class, so let's see if we can beat that :)

Today, we're going to be working on the eyes as well, but we're also going to be tending to the jawline, masseter and doing a bit of nazel work. 

We're also going to be working from inside the mouth so you're going to need gloves. 

You'll want to get multiple pairs and switch in between the mouth and the nose. 

First, do your daily lymph support exercise. 

Do you already know it by heart?


Once you've "warmed up", we're gonna continue with exercise two. 

You'll be needing your resistance band for this one. 

Once you're done, give your tissue a little bit of time to relax. 

30 minutes to 1h, and then let me know how it looks.
