I have many "favorites", but I think yesterday's facelift, in combination with the neck and jawline exercises from the previous day, are a great way to head in to the weekend or look your best for an event.
Today, we're going to be doing some deep work.
This means you might be experiencing some puffiness around the eyes.
Any deep work can provoke some puffiness.
This is a good sign.
It means change is happening.
You don't need any tools today. We're just going to be working with our hands.
So, let's start off with the lymph support exercise.
No skipping!
Once that's done, we'll start today's deep work.
We'll be working on:
- eyes
- eyebrows
- lips
- corners of our eyes
Let me know what you noticed about 2 hours after today's session. If you experienced puffiness afterwards, I want to hear about it too.
