We've been doing a lot of intense work on the neck the past few days, so today we're going to spend the majority of the class on the middle of our face :)
The "snatched" and upper facelifts from the week were so popular and if you enjoyed those you're in for a treat today.
As always, we start off with our lymph support exercise.
You can do this at different times during the day too btw, while you're waiting or doing something else.
Just as long as you can keep the rhythm.
I do that myself :)
Once you've finished the lymph exercise, get your suction cups out and continue with exercise two.
We'll start with a little bit of warm up on the neck before working on the face.
And we'll finish with a cheek lift.
Let me know what you noticed after the lift and how your cheeks felt after the exercise.
