Yesterday's session received many cheerful responses :)
One of my favorite ones was from Anna. She wrote and said:
"I don't know if it's today's exercise or just overall progress, but my eyes are looking better than ever"
Yesterday we did some intense work on the orbital and the eyebrow area.
But it would never have worked without working on the neck first.
We did two intense days of neck relaxation.
You see?
It's all connected.
I also got a message from Naomy who got a big headache after yesterday's class as she released stagnation in the upper face area.
With that, reminder to all -- keep taking our Enterosgel out of the way we're starting today's class of with our daily lymph support exercise.
Once you've completed the first exercise we're going be working on the jawline and the neck tissue.
We'll be doing some new tongue techniques and are going to be working with the hyoid bone.
But first, some compression exercises for the trapezius.
