Day 25

We're going to start off today with our daily lymph support exercise.

Yesterday was intense so I wouldn't be surprised if our lymph system could use a bit of extra help today. 

Really focus on the rhythm of the exercise.


Once you've completed the first exercise we're going to start off with a decompression exercise for the trapezius to release some of the tension. 

This one is great if you're spending a lot f time on or behind the computer. 

The trapezius and the eyes are "connected".

Releasing the tension there is very important for our eyes. 

After that, we're going to work on our crows feet and 11's.

I'm really trying to keep today to 20m but if you feel like your crows feet or 11's need more time, feel free to pause the exercise and spend more time there.

I know some of you will really love the crows feet work.
