I'm so proud of you girls for recognizing the importance of the neck.
As you've seen yesterday the neck is superior.
No amount of exercise you do on the face is going to make a difference if you don't address the neck.
This was an important lesson.
Today's lesson is for the lower part of the face.
We're going to work on:
- mouth
- lips
- the depressor
We're also going to be working from the inside out.
So you're going to need your gloves.
Also make sure the inside of your mouth is clean.
But let's do the daily lymph support exercise first.
We'll start today's class off with some work on the neck.
We'll start with increasing the blood flow to the platysma.
You already know why.
For those of you that don't like how their neck looks, this is a great exercise that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
You can see a clear difference in my lips when the face massage starts (around minute 13) vs. when it ends around minute 30.
Less than 20 minutes.
That's all it takes.
