Day 23

Today, we're going to do something different. 

You don't need any of your tools, just your hands. 

We're going to be focussing on the biggest needle mover when it comes to your beauty. 

Can you guess what it is?

I'm going to reveal it to you in just a minute.

I tried not to go over 20 minutes, but the scalp massage at the end adds an extra 3,5 minute. 

Why was timing it so important to me?

Because I wanted to create a routine that you can do every day.

I'm blown away (and humbled quite frankly :) ) by all of you that take the program so seriously.

And some of you have emailed me asking if they can do "two a day".

Here's a question from Linzy C that she asked me a few days ago:

"Will I see results faster if I do more face massages?"

The truth is that when it comes to massages, more isn't always better. 

We need to give our lymph system enough room to deal with the toxins and wastes that are being released from our deep tissue massages.

We're going to be doing some deep work on the neck. 

I know most of you have already seen great results when it comes to their eyes, brows, nose and lips..

But you're not gonna see a significant difference to your forehead if your neck is still tight. 

Tension travels...

So if you are one of those over-achievers :) that is looking for a shortcut, here's your chance to add this one to your morning routine and do your face work at night. 

You can also turn it around.

There's no right or wrong way to do it. 

It's more important to understand that a loose neck does wonders. 

For the way you feel AND your appearance. 


The neck routine is almost 24 minutes. 

The scalp massage another 3.5.
