DAY 22

Day 22

As always, we're starting off with our daily lymph support routine. 

We're increasing bloodflow to help remove built-up toxins from the previous day.

I know it's tempting, but don't skip out on this first exercise.

Once that's done, we're moving on to exercise two.


Today, we're going to be working on the middle of the face.

With new techniques we haven't done before.

You're going to need your:

- Suction cups

- Gloves 

- Ball

...and a cup of water. 

We're gonna be doing some water lifting today as well :)

This is just what the face needs after today's deep work.

Because so many of you loved the under-eye exercises, I wanted to build on yesterday's session and include nasolabial folds too.

It's going to be intense.

But you girls can do it :)

Unlike the lift we did on Day 17 and Day 20, today's exercise routine might require a little bit more time before you see the results.

Give yourself this time.

For some it may take 20 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or even a day.

When we relax the muscle after a deep technique, it might give some puffiness.

My dad always used to say "Can't fix things without making some dust" :)

So if your face is a little more puffy after today's exercise, know that you're on the right track.
