We look at ourselves in the mirror every day and sometimes because of all the hard work we're doing, we may even get a little puffier.
Totally normal.
Remember, marathon.. not a sprint.
The moment you see your change for the first time or when you receive that first compliment when you least expect it :)
So with that, please keep in mind how important it is to help your lymph system get rid of the toxins.
Enterosgel helps.
Movement helps.
Even just simply walking.
And of course our daily lymph support exercise.
From the messages I've received I'm pretty sure most of you are already using the advanced version, below.
If you aren't and still use the first iteration, please shoot me a quick message.
After you've done the daily lymph exercise, continue with the second exercise routine, below.
The face lift starts at minute 12 and you're going to need a bit of cream.
But you've seen by now that addressing the body is equally as important as addressing the face directly.
So we're going to start with the ball and address the rhomboids and a bit of deltoid.
Things need to be addressed within the body first.
So we're also going to do that pump exercise and do a bit of posture work and lengthening of the spine.
Keep in mind to go slow.
If you go fast, you're not going deep enough.
Bonus: Extra Neck Exercises
Optional, but highly recommended.
Bonus: Advanced Trapezius Release
