Day 02

Video 01 below, contains the same lymph exercise as yesterday, just shorter (only 3 minutes) with less explanations.

Why is lymph so important?

It's bringing out all the bad stuff, and if it's stuck somewhere, our bodies don't function optimally.

This is where you then get puffy face, saggy jawline, hooded eyes, etc.

That's why every day we do the lymph exercise as a warmup before the second video.

Remember - you might get detox symptoms from moving lymph that has been stuck for years, wrecking havoc on your face and body.

If you do get those detox symptoms - drink extra water, go for a walk, do breathing and take a binder (enterosgel/activated charcoal/apple pectin).

Make sure to complete Video 01 before starting with Video 02.

Video 02 starts with laying more of the groundwork that we need to amplify all the results from face massage.

After that we dive into your jawline and really working on the areas that affect it.

Then we top it off we're working on your Masseter, one of the key areas for a snatched face.
