DAY 18

Day 18

I get so excited thinking where you will be a year from now.

You see that with the right techniques and consistency, you're really able to defy age.

Today, we're going to start off slowly.

First, do your daily lymphatic release exercise.

Don't underestimate the years and years of waste and toxins that have built up.

After you've completed the first exercise, we're going to start today's routine off with a new trapezius release exercise, that you can even do standing up :)

I want to teach you multiple variations of the trapezius release exercise so you can start incorporating it into other parts of your day.

We'll continue with the back of the neck and move on to the scalp.

It's supposed to be very relaxing, so if you yawn that's totally okay :)

There's a lot of trigger points in this area.

Afterwards, we'll continue working on the upper part of the face by stimulating the temporalis.

You should know where this muscle is located now.

We'll primarily work on:

- Eyes

- Eyebrows

And by the end of it, you'll see a big difference.

Especially girls that struggle with 11's will really benefit from today's session.

I'll give you a great exercise to address those.

Bonus: Extra Neck Exercises

Bonus: Advanced Trapezius Release
