As always, we want to support our lymph system.
So we'll start off with the lymphatic support exercise.
Your lymphatic system has been doing a lot of hard work.
So let's get all that waste out of there.
Once we're finished with the first exercise, we'll continue to increase blood flow in the neck and chest alongside some stretches.
This is all to support the snatched face lift that follows.
You're also gonna need your ball and some oil.
We'll start the facelift about 10 minutes into the second video and I want you to notice the difference between my face at the start (minute 10) and at the end (around minute 25).
Feel free to take a before and after picture of yourself and compare them at the end.
