It's important we don't overload our body with toxins.
And because of that we're starting today off, once again with our lymph exercise.
Advanced or basic. It's up to you.
Yesterday was intense and if you feel a little bit "off", don't forget to take some Enterosgel.
It will help.
Once we're finished with the first exercise, we're going to be working on our jawline.
We'll be working with the nose and inside the mouth as well, so we're going to need our gloves.
Today's exercises are some of my favourites for really defining your jawline.
