But before that -- lymph exercise! It's very powerful, so 1 minute of bouncing/jumping is enough.

A general point about lymph:

Once we open up lymph in certain areas with this exercise, but especially with face exercises - do not spend the following 2 hours slouched over, with terrible posture, staring at your phone. 

Lymph will go down there...not what we want!

If you do want to stare at your phone, be mindful of your posture.

Do it in a way where you move your arms higher so that the phone is on eye level.

That will feel super weird initially but it's worth training yourself.

Awareness is the first step!

We'll do a highly effective Japanese Shiatsu Face Massage...

We'll work on A LOT, including:

  1. eyes

  2. eyebrows

  3. lips

  4. jaw

  5. back of the neck

  6. neck

  7. forehead
