The first video (video 01, below) is a simple yet powerful exercise for clearing the lymph system.
Oftentimes when women have a puffy face it's actually stuck lymph.
Working on the lymph system makes everything we do for the face much more powerful.
Working on the lymph system can have strong detox reactions, so if you get that then just know that we're on the right track - getting rid of toxins that have been sabotaging your results.
If that's the case then drink plenty of water, go for a walk (movement clears lymph) and do some breathing outside (also clears lymph). If you already have Enterosgel you can take that too, but other binders like activated charcoal or apple pectin are fine too.
Make sure to complete the exercise from video 01 (above) first before moving on to video 02 below.
Video 02 is an important foundation that lays the groundwork for all the face techniques we'll do soon. This is crucially important and a key piece that nobody else is talking about.
In order to address the face, you have to address other areas of the body as well - especially the neck, chest and parts of the back.
Doing these exercises amplifies all your results once we get to the face techniques and makes them stick.
