53-Min Advanced Face Lifting Routine


Today I want to take you through an Advanced 50-minute Face Lifting Routine.

53 minutes to be exact :)

We’re going to be doing this routine every single week for the next month.

So once a week.

People often ask me “what’s your secret ?”

There is no one secret.

We have to address the neck, scalp, big muscle groups as well as the tiny muscle groups that create those imperfections.

The fascial system is all about working together.

We’ll start with working on the back of the neck and continue with the sternocleidomastoid.

You’ll need your gloves too as we’ll be working with the inside of the mouth.

And reserve at least 30 minutes after the massage for your face to calm down as it most likely will be a bit red.

But this is where the magic happens. 

And last but not least, we’ll do a scalp massage. 

We’ll use our knuckles to really go deep and get the scalp tissue loose from the bone.

Very important for the Venus blood outflow.
